GI Joe, stands for Government Issue Joe, i still dont understand what the heck this means?
Can you tell me what the heck I'm missing here…government issue joe???
Also, when i read the news today i saw this
“Violence throughout Iraq killed 36 people Monday, as fierce fighting broke out between Iraqi commandos and insurgents southeast of the capital.”
Can you tell me what the meaning behind commandos and insurgents is. I mean I know who they are, like commandos=iraqi armi, insurgents= people against them…but i just dont get the real definition and origin of these words
