Buy G.I. Joe Action Figures

Is it possible to purchase those special rubber bands used to hold together the small G.I. Joe action figures?

Some of my old G.I. Joe toys have had the rubber band, which holds the figure together, broken because of overuse. I usually try to use regular rubber bands to hold them together but now I'm looking for the authentic rubber band that came with the toy when I first got it.
